The availability and continued availability of domain names is becoming increasingly important. The revenue involved in keeping the domain name available is growing. Protecting your domain name is therefore becoming increasingly important.
At SIDN, the administrator of all .nl domain names, they have therefore introduced .nl Control. With this service, a .nl domain name is protected against changes that have not been approved by the owner.
Modifying .nl domain name with .nl Control
After a domain name has been provided with the .nl Control service, every change must be approved in
writing by the domain name holder. Due to the usually urgent nature, an exception has been made for
the
adjustment of the nameservers.

.nl Control application
The costs for the .nl Control service are € 45,- per year per .nl domain name. To initiate the
application, you need to download the registration form,
fill it in, print it out and send it signed to:
